This year, Storm Water Awareness Week is turning 10! To commemorate and celebrate the past
decade of storm water education, we thought it would be fitting to share some of the behind the scenes of Storm Water
Awareness Week, hear from some of the people who have helped create Storm Water Awareness Week into what it is today,
and highlight some of our favorite keynotes.
Keynote #1: Cowboys, Attorneys, and a New Idea
Join us as we discuss stories and highlights from Storm Water Awareness Week 2014, travel back in time to a heart-throbbing, intense,
dramatic western film (okay, maybe we exaggerated the drama a bit - but we really do enjoy this little western), learn some of the history behind the event, and watch the keynote from 2014.
Keynote #2: Fishing, Firetraps, and Storm Water Creativity
Join us as we discuss stories and highlights from Storm Water Awareness Week 2015, learn about the early days of set designing
and where Storm Water Awareness Week gets a lot of inspiration, and watch the keynote from 2015.
Keynote #3: Sea World, Sailing, and a New Era of Training
Join us as we discuss stories and highlights from Storm Water Awareness Week 2016, see some adorable sea life, learn why water quality
is important and how it can affect aquatic life, and take a trip to SeaWorld for the 2016 keynotes.
Keynote #4: Road Trips, a California Heatwave, and Kayaks
Join us as we discuss stories and highlights from Storm Water Awareness Week 2017, take a road trip to several Central California
municipalities, see some of the gorgeous California scenery, and watch the 2017 keynotes.
Keynote #5: Airplanes, Kodak Film, and Expensive Regulations

special, and learn about airports and water quality from the 2019 keynotes.
