The fundamentals behind Stormwater Management are nothing new in America; and while the tools we commonly use to treat it are relatively new, there is one best management practice (BMP) that if not effectively designed, installed and maintained, will cause all the other BMPs to fail. This presentation will not only explore the reason why so many heavily regulated MS4s, Industrial Facilities and Construction Sites continue to discharge pollutants into our watersheds, but also provide a simple solution that will protect our future quality of life!
