This workshop will review photos from projects seeking to comply with stormwater regulations and principles. Success and failure is the result of effective training. Effective training promotes critical thinking that focuses on the fundamental goal of protecting the beneficial uses of water resources. Ineffective training will miss the fundamental goal and result in merely going through the motions.
