Monthly Dirt senior editor, John Teravskis, will be interviewing Brandon Roosenboom who is the State Water Board's Lead Staff for the Construction General Permit and several Regional Water Quality Control Board staff members including Jorge Beltran (Region 5), Jim Carolan (Region 6SLT), and Erica Ryan (Region 9). They will be discussing the new 2022 CGP's Attachment J requirements for de-watering. The staff members from the four represented Regional Boards will share about the NPDES permits that their Region has for de-watering discharges and what types of discharges from construction projects will need to file for coverage under them. There will be a time for questions from the workshop attendees.
