Summary of the New CGP - Part 5

Monthly Dirt editor, John Teravskis (CPESC, QSP/QSD, ToR) will review the new Construction General Permit. Part 5 covers the new TMDL requirements. We   will be answering what is a "responsible discharger" and when does TMDL monitoring need to happen. We will end the session with an evaluation of the financial impact of the new permit. There will be time for Q&A's.
