Summary of the New CGP - Part 3

Monthly Dirt editor, John Teravskis (CPESC, QSP/QSD, ToR) will review the new Construction General Permit. Part 3 covers the new inspection and monitoring requirements. We will also look at how Qualifying Precipitation Events are now defined. Using an actual rain event, we will compare and contrast the 2009 and 2022 permits to see how monitoring and inspection requirements differ. There will be time for Q&A's.
