How a local collaboration between a small MS4 consortium (Sumter Stormwater Solutions), Sumter Soil & Water Conservation District, and the Sumter county 4-H youth development began a 6 month initiative to promote a cleaner community along Sumter's greenway with the installation of a water goat. We will explore the benefits of collaboration towards effective stormwater community education and outreach.
