Phase II Municipalities are required to provide staff training of incorporating pollution prevention/good housekeeping techniques into everyday municipal operations. This workshop aims to provide the general and practical BMP knowledge and to spark discussions on municipality-specific practices, or standards. In this workshop we will provide a general storm water educational   component, cover potentially new management practices from the Pyrethroid Management Program, typical O&M BMP practices, and what sections of the Phase II permit apply to staff.
