The Phase II Permit requires municipalities to implement training for staff who as part of their normal job responsibilities, may be notified of, come into contact with, or otherwise observe an illicit discharge or illegal connection to the storm drain system. This workshop aims to provide the general technical knowledge for a permittee's IDDE procedures and help garner questions and discussions on specific in-house reporting procedures, clean-up, and problem areas.
