In this workshop we will take a look at A Compliance Option Case Study will review the IGP Permit Requirements at Attachment I and will go through an example with a compliance plan for a facility in in San Diego County at San Dieguito River.

The Notice of Non-Applicability (NONA) Case Study will review requirements for a No Discharge Technical Report. It is for a facility in Bakersfield California where the facility drains to a City-designed storm sump but is surrounded by levies that have canals that convey water to farms. This unique water conveyance makes discharge to Waters of the U.S. almost impossible.

The No Exposure Certification (NEC) Case Study will review the goals and requirements for NEC and then offer some ideas for storm resistant shelters with an example facility in San Diego County recycling center that was able to certify no exposure using an innovative storm-resistant shelter.
