This session presents a practical framework for moving municipal stormwater programs from reactive maintenance to smart watershed asset management. Using the Clean Water Partnership in Prince George’s County, Maryland as a case study, the workshop will explain how GIS-based asset inventories, IoT sensors, flow and weather data, camera verification, dashboards, work order validation, and adaptive controls can improve BMP performance, erosion and runoff management, maintenance compliance, and lifecycle cost planning.
