About the event
The Raindrop Connection author John Teravskis (CPESC, QSP/QSD) will present on how to connect the dots of an effective SWPPP and storm water management program. Often those who are preparing a SWPPP, approach it like someone at a deli counter ... "I take one erosion control BMP, two sediment control measures, a drain inlet control, and ... how about you throw in a track out control." For many, BMP selection and SWPPP writing has become too formulaic without much thought given to what they are actually trying to accomplish. John will walk workshop attendees through the dots needing to be connected to produce a SWPPP that is effective.
