Are the new 2022 Construction General Permit standards for obtaining a QSD license hurting ("eroding") or helping ("stabilizing") the stormwater industry?  QSP/QSD Matt Lewis of WGR Southwest, Inc. has invited several of California's leading storm water industry experts to participate in a panel discussion about how the 2022 CGP has changed the industry for the better or for the worse.  This topic certainly promises to have a lively discussion.  Viewers from other States may want to listen in to see if local storm water experts feel that California's storm water credential program is accomplishing the goals of the State Water Board.
